Not only is the classic Apple Watch getting an upgrade this fall, but Apple just announced the new Apple Watch Nike+.
At Apple’s media event Wednesday in San Francisco, Apple and Nike announced the watch, which is optimized for runners.
The watch pairs new Nike Sport Bandswith the Apple Watch Series 2. The device features GPS, a two-times-brighter display, water resistance, a powerful dual-core processor, watchOS 3 and Siri.

The watch has an app called the Nike+ Run Club, which gives the lazier runners among us daily reminders and motivation to hit the track. It allows you to connect and compete with friends who also use the Apple Watch Nike+. Buds can even send each other virtual fist bumps with the watch.
Apple Watch Nike+ will be available in 38 mm at $369 and in 42mm at $399 fromapple.com, Nike.com, Apple stores, select Nike stores and several other select retailers. The watch will be available to order on apple.com starting Friday, September 9 for an October delivery.
